Hello Team!

5-8-12 SALT all group

 

·      Announcements

·      5/18 Food drive delivery from meal cards

·      Evaluation

·      Our Identity (our Mission)

·                  more in service projects

·                  more focus on community of valpo

·                  better collaboration with other organizations

·                              knowing what the other organizations are

·                              and how to contact them

·                              We need to also support other groups as well

·                              utilizing the campus ministry network

·                              Also partnering with greek life and athletics groups

·                              reaching out to more faculty

·                  Do service as awareness building

·      Fall/Spring Comparison

·                  beginning of year advertising and for focus groups in Fall

·                  broad range of passions, wide range of focus topics

·                  focus on collaboration with campus groups

·                  inter-focus group collaboration (supporting everyone's events)

·                  clear-set goal of semester

·                  earlier advertising

·                  For spring, focus on more than the WRC

·                  Collaboration with union on spring break trips was good

·      Regular Activities

·                  at meetings always felt like we ran out of time

·                  liked the change of having devotion at the end

·                              instructions and help with giving a devotion

·                  we like the social justice snippet (put it on facebook maybe)

·                  ball time is good!

·                  Free up more time in meetings for activity and move other info to peppers

·                  need more SALT socials

·                  Maybe Bible studies could be more low key social type

·                  combine salt socials to educate others on campus (ie recruitment event)

·                  designate someone to welcome and tell new comers where to go
